摘要
目的比较槐米中芦丁的提取方法。方法以总黄酮含量和芦丁含量为指标,对比沸水提取法,碱提酸沉法,醇水提取法和超声提取法的优缺点。结果四种提取法的总黄酮含量和芦丁含量分别为407.8mg·g^(-1),422.3mg·g^(-1),304.9mg·g^(-1),321.7mg·g^(-1)和684.4mg·g^(-1),696.3mg·g^(-1),532.1mg·g^(-1)和589.1mg·g^(-1)。结论沸水提取法和碱提酸沉法提取率较高。
OBJECTIVE To compare the extraction method of Rutin from Flos Sophorae.METHODS The total flavonoids and rutin contents were used as indicators to compare the advantages and disadvantages of boiling water extraction,alkali extraction,acid precipitation,alcohol water extraction and ultrasonic extraction.RESULTS The content of total flavonoids and rutin content of the four extraction methods were 407.8mg·g^-1,422.3mg·g^-1,304.9mg·g^-1,321.7mg·g^-1 and 684.4mg·g^-1,696.3mg·g^-1,532.1mg·g^-1 and 589.1mg·g^-1,respectively.CONCLUSION Boiling water extraction method and alkali extraction and acid precipitation method have higher extraction rate.
