摘要
复发性口腔溃疡是临床常见疾病,其特点为周期性、自限性。形态表现为“红、黄、凹”,即溃疡周边有充血红晕带,表面覆盖浅黄色假膜,呈中央凹陷型。症状虽小,但其反复发作对患者的日常生活及其身心健康造成了严重影响。现代医学认为复发性口腔溃疡与免疫、遗传、心理社会、营养缺乏等因素密切相关,中医则认为其发病是由于情志不遂,素体阴亏,饮食不节,劳倦内伤,先天禀赋不足,外感六淫之邪致使脾胃湿热,脾胃受累,脾胃虚弱,郁热化火,虚火上炎熏蒸于口而患溃疡。本文主要从脾胃湿热方向探究复发性口腔溃疡的治疗。
Recurrent oral ulcer is a common clinical disease,characterized by periodicity and self-limiting.The morphology findings are red,yellow and concave.That is,there are congestive blush bands around ulcers.The surface is covered with pale yellow pseudomembrane,showing central depression type.Although symptoms are small,repeated episodes results to serious influences on daily life and physical and mental health of patients.Modern medicine believes that recurrent oral ulcers are closely related to immunity,genetics,psycho-societyand nutrition deficiencies.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) believes that episodes are resulted from emotional disturbance,body Yin deficiency,over indulge diet,over strain and internal injuries,lack of congenital endowment,spleen-stomach dampness-heat caused by external causes,spleen-stomach involvement,spleen-stomach weakness,muggy fire-transmission,and flaring up of deficient fire in mouth,which results to ulcers.This article mainly explores curative effecton recurrent oral ulcers from direction of spleen-stomach dampness-heat,and summarizes according to related treatment experience.
