摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪辅助PCI介入手术治疗心肌梗死的效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年9月本院收治的82例心肌梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。观察组采取PCI介入手术+曲美他嗪,对照组采取PCI介入手术。比较两组心肌梗死患者左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗3个月后左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率均高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率(9.76%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪可有效提高心肌梗死患者的手术质量,确保治疗的安全性,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine-assisted percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods 82 patients with myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group received PCI+trimetazidine,and control group received PCI.The left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular short axis shortening rate and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction and shortening rate of left ventricular short axis in the observation group after 3 months of treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions(9.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine can effectively improve the surgical quality of myocardial infarction and ensure the safety of its treatment.It is worth popularizing.
