摘要
蜗杆是空间交叉传递动力的常用零件,本文对蜗杆技术要求、工艺流程安排、磨削方法及参数、测量、计算方法等进行分析、总结。通过实践中的试验及数据积累,确定了其加工工艺流程及加工参数,有效的提高蜗杆的加工质量和加工效率,明确蜗杆的检测项目及检测方法,解决了蜗杆检测过程中的难点。
The worm is a common part of space cross transmission power.The technical requirements,the process flow arrangement,the grinding methods and parameters,measurement and calculation methods of worm were analyzed and summarized.Through the experiment and data accumulation in practice,the machining process flow and processing parameters are determined,the machining quality and efficiency of worm are improved,the detection items and detection methods of worm are defined,and the difficulties in the process of worm detection are solved.
