摘要
为应对新产品开发的需求,企业引进带式砂光生产线,用于对冷轧后的带材进行表面砂光,消除表面缺陷,进而提高产品质量。新增设备无配套工艺参数,因此只能通过现场试验总结。为此,设备和工艺技术人员同生产物资供货厂家进行技术交流,从设备选型、工艺流程和加工参数等几个方面进行了工艺试验,初步确定了适合新机组的加工生产数据,包括砂带的选型和配置、切削液的选型和配比及加工量的核算等内容,并进行了试生产,结果满足要求。
In order to explore new product,a new belt-abrasion line is imported,and it is used to grind the surface of strip and remove the defects,so as to improve the quality.The only way to solve lackness of process parameters is doing technology experiments.Therefore,a series of process experiments are conducted to decide the type of facilities,the type selecting and ratio of cutting fluid,the accounting of production and so on.Finally,the new products are tested following summarized information in line.
