运动优势与非优势手臂肱二头肌微血管反应性变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用具有双通道功能的第六代(最新一代)激光多普勒血流检测仪(PF6010)对运动组(体育专业学生)与对照组(非体育专业学生)受试者两侧肱二头肌隆起最高点皮肤微血管反应性进行检测,并对受试者上臂最大维度进行测量;探讨运动对优势手臂和非优势手臂肱二头肌皮肤微血管反应性的影响,为相关研究测试部位选择提供参考.结果发现,对照组优势手臂与非优势手臂臂围(P>0.05)、微血管反应性(P>0.05)均无显著差异;运动组优势手臂臂围显著大于非优势手臂(P<0.05),运动组优势手臂微血管反应性显著高于非优势手臂及对照组优势、非优势手臂(P<0.05).由此认为:长期运动训练增大了上臂维度,提高了皮肤微血管反应性,且优势手臂反应性大于非优势手臂,微血管功能的检测应考虑优势肢体和非优势肢体之间的差异. A dual-channel sixth-generation(new generation)Laser Doppler Blood Flow Detector(PF6010)was used to detect the skin microvascular reactivity at the highest point of the bilateral biceps brachii in the exercise group(PE students)and the control group(non-PE students),measure the maximum dimension of the upper arm of the subjects,explore the effects of exercise on the skin microvascular reactivity of biceps brachii in the dominant and non-dominant arms,and provide reference for the selection of relevant research test sites.The results show that there is no significant difference in the arm circumference(P>0.05)and microvascular reactivity(P>0.05)between the dominant and non-dominant arms in the control group,while the arm circumference of the dominant arm in the exercise group is significantly larger than that in the non-dominant arm,and the microvascular reactivity of the dominant arm in exercise group is significantly higher than that in the non-dominant arm in exercise group and the dominant and non-dominant arms in the control group(P<0.05).It is concluded that long-term exercise training increases the upper arm dimension,improves the skin microvascular reactivity,and the dominant arm reactivity is greater than the non-dominant arm,and the differences between the dominant and the non-dominant limbs should be considered in the detection of microvascular function.
