摘要
目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、炎症因子及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选择2017年4月~2019年4月该院收治的2型糖尿病患者58例,按照随机数字法分为研究组和对照组,每组各29例,对照组在常规治疗基础上使用二甲双胍片,研究组则在对照组基础上联合使用瑞舒伐他汀,持续治疗4周后,比较治疗前后两组空腹血糖、血脂、炎症因子水平及胰岛素抵抗指数的变化,并对其结果进行分析。结果两组患者治疗后FPG、2 h PG、TG、TC、LDL-C、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平比同组治疗前均显著下降,HDL-C及HOMA-IR水平较治疗前显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FPG、2h PG、TG、TC、LDL-C、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,HDL-L和HOMA-IR显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组前后不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合二甲双胍能显著降低2型糖尿病患者血糖浓度,调节血脂、降低炎症因子水平、控制炎症反应,具有重要的临床治疗价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin combined with metformin on blood glucose,blood lipids,inflammatory factors and insulin resistance in the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 58 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given metformin tablets based on the conventional treatment,and the study group was further given rosuvastatin in combination with the treatment in the control group.After four weeks of continuous treatment,the changes of fasting blood glucose,blood lipids,levels of inflammatory factors and insulin resistance index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the results were analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 h PG,TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment,and HDL-C and HOMA-IR levels were significantly higher than those before treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FPG,2h PG,TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,CRP,and TNF-αin the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and HDL-L and HOMA-IR were significantly higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with metformin can significantly reduce the blood glucose concentration,regulate blood lipids,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and control the inflammatory response in the patients with type 2 diabetes,and it has an important clinical treatment value.
