摘要
目的研究低频脉冲电磁场(Pulsed electromagnetic fields,PEMFs)联合杠杆定位手法对LDH患者疗效及生物力学特性的影响。方法本研究采用2018年2月~2020年4月在本院进行治疗的60例腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,将以上患者按照住院编号,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组患者均给予PEMFs治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合使用杠杆定位手法治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状、生物力学特征及生命质量之间的差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗效果显著升高(P<0.05);经过治疗后,两组患者的JOA评分显著下降,SLR角度显著上升,且观察组患者的SLR角度显著高于对照组,JOA评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的F/E显著下降,PT、AP显著升高,且观察组患者的F/E显著低于对照组,PT、AP显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的AIMS2-SF评分及Barthel指数均显著升高,且观察组患者的AIMS2-SF评分及Barthel指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PEMFs联合杠杆定位手法对LDH患者生物力学特征的恢复具有积极的意义,治疗效果显著,建议临床推广。
Objective To research the effect of PEMFs(Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields)combined with lever positioning manipulation on therapeutic effect and biomechanical characteristics of patients with LDH.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected as research subjects and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by the random number table method according to the hospitalization number.PEMFs was given to patients in the control group,and PEMFs combined with lever positioning manipulation was given to patients in the observation group.The treatment cycle in the two groups was 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms,biomechanical characteristics and quality of life between the groups were compared.Results It was found that the therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly elevated compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,JOA scores in the two groups were significantly decreased,and SLR angles were significantly elevated;the SLR angle in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the JOA score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The F/E values in the two groups were significantly decreased,and PT and AP were significantly elevated;the F/E in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and PT and AP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The AIMS2-SF scores and the Barthel indices in the two groups were significantly elevated;the AIMS2-SF score and the Barthel index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PEMFs combined with lever positioning manipulation has positive significance for the recovery of biomechanical characteristics in patients with LDH,with significant therapeutic effect,and clinical promotion is recommended.
