摘要
目的研究心理护理在情感障碍护理临床路径中的应用价值。方法在本院2017年6月—2019年6月收治的情感障碍患者中随机抽取80例,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,分别实施护理临床路径心理护理和常规护理,在实验后对两组患者的采用BPRS、SDSS、SAS、SDS量表进行评测和比较,并以比较结果判断心理护理在情感障碍护理临床路径中的应用价值。结果在实验结束时,试验组患者的4项评分均低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论为情感障碍患者实施护理临床路径心理护理能够缓解其病症症状,疏解其负面情绪,具有极高的应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of psychological nursing in the clinical pathway of emotional disorder nursing.Methods from June 2017 to June 2019,80 patients with affective disorder were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.After the experiment,the patients in the two groups were evaluated and compared with BPRS,SDSS,SAS and SDS,and the results of comparison were used to judge the effect of psychological care on affective disorder Application value in the path.Results At the end of the experiment,the scores of 4 items in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing of clinical nursing pathway for patients with affective disorder can alleviate their symptoms and relieve their negative emotions.
