摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下翻转课堂联合微信在医务人员穿脱防护用品培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月由吉林大学第二医院抽调的200名(6个梯队)在岗医务人员为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为现场演示培训组和视频培训组,每组各100名,进行防护用品穿脱培训,培训结束后对两组医务人员进行考核,评价并对比两组培训效果。结果视频培训组医务人员理论知识考核成绩(95.95±3.16)分,穿脱防护用品操作考核成绩(96.26±3.53)分,高于现场演示培训组的(90.13±3.03)分及(90.07±3.16)分(均P<0.05);视频培训组医务人员对培训制度、培训方法、培训内容、培训师资的满意度也高于现场演示培训组(92%vs.80%、95%vs.81%、96%vs.82%、95%vs.85%,均P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下翻转课堂联合微信用于医务人员穿脱防护用品的短期紧急培训,可以帮助医务人员尽快掌握相关知识和技能,培训效果良好。
Objective To explore the application effect of Flipped Classroom combined with WeChat in the training of protective equipment using in the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods Two hundred medical staff were selected and divided into the on-site demonstration training group and the video training group by the method of random number table,with 100 members in each group.After the training,the training effects of the two groups were compared.Results The performance of the medical staff in the video training group was higher than that in the field demonstration training group(all P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the medical staff in the video training group was higher than that in the field demonstration training group with respect to the training system,training methods,training contents and trainers(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the case of COVID-19 epidemic,the combination of Flipped Classroom and Wechat improves the effect of short-term training of protective equipment using,which is worthy of promotion.
