摘要
本文通过对不同配比新戊二醇(NPG)的PETG进行差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试,研究了未退火、120℃下退火6h、阶梯式退火等三种不同退火条件下的熔融结晶行为。结果表明:未退火样品在70-80℃存在明显玻璃化转变,PETG样品存在结晶结构并且随着NPG含量的增加,PETG样品的结晶能力下降;120℃下退火6h退火对于样品的结晶具有一定的促进作用;阶梯式退火"刺激"样品中不同规整度的组分进行了较为充分的结晶。不同产品熔融结晶行为不同的根本原因在于分子结构方面的差异。
Through DSC testing of PETG with different NPG content,the melting crystallization behavior under three different annealing conditions,namely non-annealed,annealing test at 120℃for 6 h,and step annealing,was studied.The results showed that the non-annealed samples had obvious glass transition at 70-80℃,PETG samples had crystal structure,and with the increase of NPG content,thecrystallization capacity of PETG samples decreased.The annealing at 120℃for 6 h had a certain promotion effect on the crystallization of the sample.In the step annealing samples,the components with different regularity were fully crystallized.The fundamental reason for the different melt crystallization behavior of samples was the difference of molecular structure.
