摘要
浙西南山区中蜂饲养量较大,蜂蜜是蜂农主要收入,但蜂蜜品质参差不齐。本研究从不同地区不同封盖时长等方面研究对蜂蜜品质的影响,结果显示延长中蜂蜜脾的封盖时长,可有效提高蜂蜜浓度,封盖15d后的蜂蜜含水量显著低于封盖0d的,波美度达到42.5°Bé。此结果为深入研究中蜂优质蜂蜜的生产奠定基础,也为指导蜂农生产实践提供了理论依据。
Honeybee(Apis cerana cerana)in Southwest mountainous areas of Zhejiang Province has a fairly large number,and beekeepers’main income comes from honey.But the concentration of honey is irregular,which will influence beekeepers’income.In this study,we detected the quality of honey which came from different capped durations and different areas.The results show that increasing capped duration will improve concentration of the honey.Baume Degrees of capped honey for 15 days were significantly higher than that for 0 day,the baume degree is 42.5.The results will be helpful for further study of how to produce the high quality honey(Apis cerana cerana’s),and provide a theoretical basis for guiding production.
