摘要
【目的】为实现现代牧场精准化管理,筛选北京地区泌乳曲线相应优化方案。【方法】以北京地区4个牧场1年的DHI测定数据为基础,分别利用Wood模型、Ali-Schaeffer(AS)模型、Wilmink(WIL)模型、逆多项式(IQP)模型4种泌乳曲线模型进行拟合。【结果】不同牧场不同胎次有各自最适的泌乳曲线模型。AS模型、Wood模型、Wilmink模型拟合泌乳曲线R^2值较高。利用AS、Wood、Wilmink三种模型拟合305 d产奶量与实际305 d产奶量差异不显著,其中AS模型模拟值与实际值最为接近。【结论】AS模型为拟合北京地区荷斯坦牛泌乳曲线的最佳模型,为进一步研究北京地区牧场泌乳曲线、繁育及营养情况奠定基础。
【Objective】 In order to achieve the precise management of modern farms, this paper studies the optimal model of lactation curve in Beijing and proposes corresponding optimization schemes accordingly. 【Methods】 Based on one year round DHI measurement dataset of 4 farms in Beijing, the fitting performances of four lactation curve models were studied using Wood model, Ali-Schaeffer(AS) model, Wilmink(WIL) model, and inverse polynomial(IQP) model. 【Results】 There were optimal lactation curve models for different parities in different farms. AS model, Wood model, Wilmink model fit the lactation curve R^2 value is higher. Using AS, Wood, and Wilmink models to fit the 305 day milk production is not significantly different from the actual 305 day milk production. AS model simulated value is the closest to the actual value. 【Conclusion】 The AS model is the best model to fit the lactation curve of Holstein cattle in Beijing. According to the fitted lactation curve, corresponding optimization schemes can be proposed for different pastures.
