摘要 以3个牛场2009~2010年参与DHI测定的成年母牛的泌乳期数据为资料,用Wood模型通过SPSS的非线性参数和决定系数来拟合泌乳曲线并分析泌乳曲线参数在不同牛场和胎次的差异。结果表明,不同牛场估测的泌乳曲线模型参数存在显著的差异(P<0.05),导致部分泌乳特性参数也有一定的差异。这些差异可能是牛群选育或饲养管理或二者共同的结果。因此,分析泌乳曲线应与牛场自身的饲养管理和选育程度相结合。 According to the lactations data of dairy cattle in DHI test from three dairy farms during 2009 to 2010,the lactation curves were fitted into Wood equations by SPSS nonlinear parameter estimation and determination coefficient.The differences of model parameters and the lactation feature indices of dairy cattle in different farms and parities were also analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the model parameters of lactation curves from different farms(P0.05).It also showed some differences in partial lactation feature indices among the three dairy farms.It might be the results of feeding management and the breeding and selection of dairy herd.Therefore,analysis of lactation curves should combine their own feeding management and the herd breeding.
