摘要
文章对抗疫期间42所一流大学图书馆微信公众号进行调研,测算微信传播指数,依据8个指标分析服务内容。面对突发公共卫生事件,一流大学图书馆微信传播影响力较高,服务的时效性、移情性、全面性、特色性和精准性较强,但易用性、交互性和吸引性有待提高。高校图书馆应总结经验,精准施策,提升应急信息服务能力。
During the anti-epidemic period,the WeChat official account of 42 first-class university libraries are investigated to calculate the spread index of WeChat and analyze the service contents according to 8 indicators.In the face of public health emergencies,first-class university libraries'WeChat communication influence is relatively high,and the timeliness,empathy,comprehensiveness,characteristic and accuracy of services are relatively strong,but the ease of use,interactivity and attractiveness remain to be improved.University libraries should sum up experience,implement precise policies,and improve emergency information service capabilities.
