摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司2.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置于2018年7月完成了FHUDS-8和FHUDS-7催化剂装填及预硫化,一次开车成功。2018年9月后装置处理量逐渐稳定,维持在210~230 t/h,主要加工硫质量分数为0.7%~1.4%的高硫直馏柴油,在较高的体积空速和相对缓和的条件下可稳定生产硫质量分数小于10μg/g的国Ⅵ精制柴油调合组分。2019年10月开始向原料中掺炼10%的焦化柴油,控制精制柴油硫质量分数小于6μg/g,装置的入口和出口温度略有提高。结果表明:通过模拟装置入口和出口温度的变化曲线,以装置的出口温度计算装置的提温速率,得到装置反应提温速率平均约0.9℃/月,FHUDS-8和FHUDS-7柴油加氢精制催化剂体系具有良好的加氢脱硫性能,可以长周期稳定处理高硫直馏柴油或掺兑二次加工油的混合油,具有良好的活性和稳定性。 In July 2018,FHUDS-8 and FHUDS-7 catalyst loading and pre sulfurization were completed in the 2.0 MM TPY diesel hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company,and the first start-up was successful.After September 2018,the treatment capacity gradually stabilized and kept between 210 t/h and 230 t/h,and mainly processed high sulfur straight-run diesel with sulfur content of 0.7%~1.4%.Under high volume space velocity and relatively moderate conditions,the blending components of refined diesel with sulfur content less than 10μg/g can be stably produced.Since October 2019,10%coking diesel has been added into the feedstocks.The sulfur content of refined diesel is controlled to be less than 6μg/g,and the inlet and outlet temperatures of the unit are slightly increased.The results show that the average rate of temperature rise is about 0.9℃/month by simulating the change curve of the inlet and outlet temperature of the unit and calculating the rate of temperature rise with the outlet temperature of the unit.FHUDS-8 and FHUDS-7 catalyst systems have good hydrodesulfurization performance,which can stably treat high sulfur straight-run diesel or mixed oil blended with secondary processing oil for a long period,and has good activity stability.
