摘要
医药卫生体制改革的逐步深化对公立医院公益性建设提出了更高要求。结合中国医学科学院肿瘤医院多年公益平台建设的具体实践,从该院公益平台建设的现状、依据、必要性等方面进行阐述,就如何做好肿瘤专科公立医院公益平台建设提出建议,包括加强医院支持、积极拓展公益渠道、加强平台信息公开与监督以及完善平台建设激励机制建设等。
The reform of the Chinese medical and health care system has been gradually deepened,which has put forward higher requirements for the public welfare construction of public hospitals.Based on the practice of public welfare construction in cancer specialized hospitals over the years,this article expounds the present situation,basis,necessity and future development direction of public welfare platform construction in Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,and puts forward some suggestions on how to build up public welfare platform in cancer specialized hospitals,like more support should be given from the hospital to explore more public service channels,incentive mechanism needs to be improved to the construction of the Platform,oversight and effectiveness evaluation of the Platform's operation should be enhanced.
