摘要
高校附属医院文化建设是"双一流"高校文化建设和医院自身建设的重要内容。青年群体作为附属医院文化建设的生力军和活力源泉,在促进医院文化与"双一流"高校大学文化融合发展、提升医院学科发展水平和管理效能、构建和谐医患关系等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。分析了"双一流"高校文化内涵对附属医院文化建设的影响,探讨了青年群体在医院文化建设中的作用与定位,介绍了浙江大学医学院附属第一医院促进青年群体在医院文化建设中发挥作用的实践探索。
