摘要
教育资源的均衡配置是教育均衡发展的前提,教育资源配置失衡主要受来自城乡差异发展的教育政策、二元经济结构、教育资源配置"城市偏向"等影响。均衡配置城乡小学教育资源,需从城乡小学办学条件、经费投入、师资配备、加快农村小学信息化建设方面出发来解决。
The balanced allocation of education resources is the premise of balanced development of education.The imbalance of education resources allocation is mainly affected by the education policy from the urban-rural differences,the dual economic structure,and allocation of education resources to the"urban bias".The balanced allocation of education resources needs to be resolved from the aspects of school-running conditions,funding investment,teachers'allocation,and acceleration of information construction for rural primary schools.
