摘要
按中国三次产业的划分对劳动力投入的数量和质量进行测算,选用教育存量法来估算中国三次产业的人力资本存量。以从业人员平均受教育年限为依据,并以第一产业某一年度为基期,分别计算三次产业各年度的劳动投入质量指数。在此基础上,对中国三次产业从业人员(1986—2007年)的人力资本存量进行了测算。研究结果显示:虽然中国三次产业的人力资本增长的趋势各不相同,但在后半期劳动质量的增长构成了人力资本增长的主要因素。
This paper estimates the quantity and the quality of labor input according to the classification of three industries of China; calculates the human capital stock of three industries of China by means of education stock; takes the primary industry in a particular year as the base period and calculates the quality of labor input indexes of China' s three industries for each year based on the average number of education years of working people. Then, on which basis, it calculates the human capital stock of the employees in three industries in China (1986--2007). The results show that the growth trend in human capital of three industries in China varies, but, in the latter half of the growth, the labor quality growth constitutes the major factor in the growth of human capital.
