摘要
为了找到山东聊城地区817肉雏鸡沙门氏菌阳性的来源,以及沙门氏菌开始转阳的关键时间节点,采用沙门氏菌分离培养、生化鉴定和血清学鉴定的方法,连续跟踪采样检测三次,对聊城地区817肉雏鸡沙门氏菌进行溯源调查。结果显示:第一次,在孵化场出雏器进风口和地面中,分离出肠炎沙门氏菌;第二次,在孵化场的绒毛和消毒后纸盒中分离出肠炎沙门氏菌。研究提示:孵化场是沙门氏菌污染的高危环节,应加大对孵化场卫生消毒的监督力度,确保雏鸡质量。
In order to find out the source of Salmonella in 817 chick broilers in Liaocheng area of Shandong Province, and critical time point for Salmonella to turn positive, continuous sampling and detection were done for three times, by the methods of isolation, culture, biochemical and serological identification of Salmonella. The results have been shown that Salmonella enteritidis was isolated from the air inlet and ground of hatcher in the hatchery for the first time, and Salmonella enteritidis was isolated from the chick down and sterilized cartons in the hatchery, secondly. This study have suggested that hatchery is a high risk link of Salmonella contamination. For this reason, the supervision of disinfection of hatchery should be strengthened to ensure the quality of chicks.
