1株鹌鹑源鸡白痢沙门菌的分离鉴定及致病性初探 被引量:1

摘要 为查明某养殖场鹌鹑大量死亡的原因,采集病死鹌鹑的脏器进行病原的分离鉴定,测定疑似细菌的耐药情况,并进行动物回归试验。结果表明:病死鹌鹑剖检病变主要表现为肝脏肿大呈土黄色,肾脏肿大;分离菌株在麦康凯培养基上呈无色、半透明菌落;能发酵赖氨酸和β-半乳糖苷;采用选择性培养基培养和多重PCR (mPCR)试验确定其为鸡白痢沙门菌;该菌对苯唑西林等6种抗菌药耐药,呈现多重耐药性;气囊接种鹌鹑的半数致死量(LD50)为9.5×10^(5) cfu。这一研究说明鹌鹑的死亡是由鸡白痢沙门菌引起的,为鹌鹑的种群防控净化提供了理论依据。 To investigate the pathogen of diseased quails in a farm, the visceral organs were collected from diseased quail for pathogen isolation and identification. The drug sensitivity test of the suspected isolate was determined and the animal regression experiment was carried out. The results showed that the swollen and yellowish liver and swollen kidney could mainly be observed in sick and dead quails, the isolated strain presented colorless and translucent colonies on MacConkey agar and could ferment lysine and β-galactoside, and it was identified as Salmonella Pullorum by cultivating on selective agar plates and mPCR test. The isolate was resistant to 6 kinds of antimicrobial drugs include oxacillin, showing multiple drug resistance. The median lethal dose(LD;) value of the strain in quail by air sacs inoculation was 9.5×10^(5) cfu. The above results indicate that the death of these quails is caused by Salmonella Pullorum, which provides a basis for the prevention, control and purification of Salmonella Pullorum in quail.
