摘要
大工业的发展对人类赖以生存的环境造成严重破坏,人类社会陷入发展的困境,绿色发展理念应运而生。由于现代工业的快速发展造成的负面影响,环境问题成为各国最关注的问题之一,而生态的保护是解决环境问题的首要前提。在我国,实现林业产业的生态化建设,是对"绿水青山就是金山银山"的具体实践,其主要内容就是在处理好森林资源的保护和合理开发两者关系的基础上,探索林业产品生态化、科学开展森林旅游和森林康养等新型林业产业发展模式,在森林的开发过程中,制定和完善生态补偿等重要配套政策和措施,以制度方式,确立森林在国民经济发展中的重要地位,实现生态保护和区域经济的协调发展。
The development of large-scale industry has caused serious damage to the environment on which mankind depends for survival,and human society has fallen into a development dilemma,and the concept of green development has emerged at the historic moment.Due to the destructive power of the rapid development of modern industry,environmental problems have become one of the most concerned issues of all countries,and ecological protection is the primary prerequisite for solving environmental problems.In our country,realizing the ecological construction of forestry industry is a concrete practice of"green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".The main content is to explore forestry products based on the relationship between the protection of forest resources and the rational development of forest resources.Ecologicalization,scientific development of new forestry industry development models such as forest tourism and forest health and conservation.In the process of forest development,important supporting policies and measures such as ecological compensation are formulated and improved.In an institutional way,forests can be established in the development of the national economy.An important position to realize the coordinated development of ecological protection and regional economy.
