摘要
目的:观察熏洗方熏蒸联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗踝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年6月本院治疗的踝关节骨性关节炎患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用熏洗方熏蒸联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后WOMAC评分低于对照组,AOFAS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:熏洗方熏蒸联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗踝关节骨性关节炎,可改善患者临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Fumigation Formula in combination with(金乌骨通胶囊,JWGTC)on ankle osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with ankle osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fumigation Formula combined with JWGTC,while the control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets.Results:After the treatment,the WOMAC score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the AOFAS score was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 70.0%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of ankle osteoarthritis,Fumigation Formula in combination with JWGTC can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
