摘要
目的探讨玻璃酸钠注射液联合布洛芬胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的成本-效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年5月阜新市中医医院收治的120例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)与观察组(70例)。对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以布洛芬胶囊。比较两组患者临床疗效、Lysholm膝关节评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、膝关节功能评分、生命质量评分以及治疗安全性,并进行成本-效果分析。结果观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组Lysholm评分显著升高(P<0.05),VAS评分、IL-8、IL-6、IL-1显著降低(P<0.05),疼痛、关节僵硬、关节功能评分显著降低(P<0.05),生命质量评分显著升高(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组成本-效果明显优于对照组,经敏感性分析后结果仍成立。结论玻璃酸钠注射液联合布洛芬胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎临床效果显著,可有效减轻炎症反应,改善患者膝关节功能,且成本相对更低。
Objective To explore the cost-effectiveness of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with ibuprofen capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From April 2017 to may 2018,a total of 120 patients in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Fuxin with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(70 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate,and ibuprofen capsule was given in the study group on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,Lysholm knee joint score,VAS score,IL-8,IL-6,IL-1,knee joint function score,quality of life score and treatment safety of the 2 groups were compared,and cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the Lysholm score of the study group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the VAS score,IL-8,IL-8,IL-6、IL-1 were significantly lower(P<0.05),and pain,joint stiffness,and joint function score were significantly lower(P<0.05).The quality of life score was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study composition-effect was significantly better than that of the control group,and the result still holds after sensitivity analysis.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate injection combined with ibuprofen capsule has a significant clinical effects in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,improve the knee joint function of patients,and the cost is relatively lower.
