摘要
党的十八大以来,我国扶贫事业迈入新阶段,令世人瞩目,引发了海外学者的广泛关注。他们高度赞扬中国扶贫的成就,既总结了成功原因,也指出了风险挑战,还分析了世界意义。辩证地看待他者的解读,了解国外研究中国扶贫的成果,对我国即将实现脱贫和未来防止返贫方针政策的制定都有一定的参考价值。
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the cause of poverty alleviation in China has entered a new stage,which has attracted the extensive attention of overseas scholars.They highly praised China’s achievements in poverty alleviation.They not only summed up the reasons for success,but also pointed out the risks and challenges,and analyzed the world significance.Dialectically looking at the interpretation of the other,we can understand the opinions and shortcomings of foreign research on China’s poverty alleviation,and have an important reference for the formulation of policies to China’s coming out of poverty and preventing poverty in the future.
