BIS监测下腔镜术中右美托咪定对七氟醚吸入量的影响

摘要 目的探讨分析脑电双频指数(BIS)监测下腔镜术中右美托咪定对七氟醚吸入量的影响。方法选取在医院行腔镜术的100例患者作为研究对象,对照组50例患者常规麻醉;观察组50例患者在对照组常规麻醉的基础上联合右美托咪定进行麻醉。比较两组患者的七氟醚吸入量、苏醒时间与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组在麻醉诱导期及术中维持期七氟醚吸入量均普遍低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的苏醒时间与不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑电双频指数监测下腔镜术中使用右美托咪定可以减少七氟醚吸入量,节省七氟醚的使用量,具有较高的安全性,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine on sevoflurane inhalation during endoscopic surgery under BIS monitoring.Methods 100 patients undergoing endoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group 50 patients were given routine anesthesia,while the observation group 50 patients were combined with dexmedetomidine for anesthesia on the basis of the control group.The differences between sevoflurane inhalation,recovery time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The inhalation of sevoflurane in the observation group was generally lower than that in the control group during anesthesia induction and operation maintenance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of dexmedetomidine in endoscopic surgery under BIS monitoring can reduce the amount of sevoflurane inhalation and save the use of sevoflurane.It has high safety and is worth popularizing.
