摘要
"金标准"肺动脉漂浮导管能为临床医生提供较多血流动力学参数,采用该导管监测血流动力学参数,指导治疗,优化血流动力学状态。这种策略是否能提高患者的生存率,一直是危重医学争论的焦点。该文就采用该监测技术对提高危重患者存活率的影响予以综述,为提高有限医疗资源运用价值构建研究平台。
"Gold standard" pulmonary artery' Swan-Ganz catheter can provide clinicians with more hemodynamic parameters, Application of this catheter can monitor hemodynamic parameters, provide guidance for treatment, and optimize hemodynamic status. Whether this strategy, can improve the survival rate of patients has been the debate focus of critical care medicine. In this paper,we reviewed the impact of this monitoring technology on the survival rate of patients,with the view to improve the construction of our research platform with limited medical resources.
