不合理低价游“柠檬市场”效应的发生机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于“柠檬市场”理论对不合理低价游“柠檬市场”的发生机制进行理论分析,并构建了瓦尔拉斯均衡模型。研究表明:不合理低价游的形成是供需市场双方的共同责任,信息不对称是形成的根源,旅游者的预期质量、团队游产品平均质量、旅游目的地负面形象、旅游者故意无视行为都是主要影响因素;不合理低价游市场本质上是一个“柠檬市场”,即次品市场;对于该类市场的治理,不宜采用治理正常品市场的思路,也不应仅从供给侧一端发力,而应从根源整治、现状治理和发展布局三个层面上予以立体考虑。 Based on the theory of“lemon market”,this paper made a theoretical analysis of the occurrence mechanism theory about the unreasonable low-price-tourism of“the market for lemons”and established a related Walrasian equilibrium model.The research shows that the formation of unreasonable low-price-tourism comes from the joint responsibility of both sides of the supply and demand market.The asymmetry of information is the root of the formation of low-cost travel.The expected quality of tourists,the average quality of team travel products,the negative images of tourist destinations and tourists'willful blindness behaviors are the main influencing factors.Honestly,unreasonable low-price-tourism is a natural“lemons market”,also known as a defective market.For the governance of this kind of market,it is not appropriate to adopt the idea of governing the normal product market,and it should not only focus on the supply side,but should be considered three-dimensionally from the three aspects of root remediation,current governance and development layout.
