摘要
阐述了加强高校党组织制度建设的重大意义,分析了高校党组织制度建设的现状及存在的问题。提出了加强高校党组织制度建设的路径:强化党员干部的制度意识和制度约束;用党的建设理论指导具体工作实践;突出实效,提升党的制度建设治理效能;扎紧制度牢笼,着重开展党风廉政建设;强化高校党建工作的主体责任,夺取党的建设的新的伟大胜利。
This article explains the significance of strengthening the construction of the party organization system in colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems,it puts forward the construction path:strengthening the system awareness and constraints of party members and cadres;using party building theories to guide specific work practices;improving governance efficiency;focusing on the development of party style and cleaning government;strengthening the main responsibility of party building in colleges and universities.
