摘要
领导干部是思想政治教育的重点对象。深入推进领导干部思想政治教育,对于提高党员干部素质、发挥干部队伍积极作用、推动经济社会发展、建设社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴有着至关重要的作用。新时期、新形势、新任务,对党员干部素质提出了新要求。进一步做好领导干部思想政治教育工作,一方面要引导领导干部坚持开展自我教育,另一方面要努力提高集中教育的实际效果。
Leading cadres are the focus of ideological and political education. Further promoting the ideological and political education of leading cadres plays a crucial role in improving the quality of party members and cadres, giving full play to the active role of cadres, promoting economic and social development, building China into a great modern socialist country, and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the new era, new situations and new tasks, new requirements are put forward for the quality of party members and cadres.To further improve the ideological and political education of leading cadres, we should, on the one hand, guide them to carry out self-education, and on the other hand, improve the practical effect of centralized education.
