摘要 煤炭洗选产生大量煤泥,处理不当易造成环境污染及资源浪费。煤泥干燥技术能够有效提高煤泥品质,实现煤泥资源化利用。根据煤泥干燥技术的新进展,进一步阐述了新型低温蒸汽干燥技术及非热传递干燥技术的基本原理和特性,重点综述了空心桨叶式、蒸汽回转式及真空射流等煤泥低温蒸汽干燥技术的设备特性及应用情况,同时介绍了微波干燥、添加剂法等非热传递干燥技术的研究进展。从处理能力、能耗、投资、污染物等角度评价了各种煤泥干燥技术的优缺点。总体上各种煤泥干燥技术研究阶段不同,热传递干燥技术已工业化应用,高温烟气干燥处理量大、污染大,低温蒸汽干燥处理量小、污染少;非热传递干燥技术仍处于小规模探索阶段,有待进一步优化改进。提高处理能力、降低污染物排放、降低能源消耗、提高经济效益是煤泥干燥技术工业化应用中需要解决的关键问题。 A large amount of coal slime is produced in coal washing,which is easy to cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.Coal slime drying technology can effectively improve the quality and realize the utilization of coal slime.According to the new progress of coal slime drying technology,the basic principles and characteristics of the new low-temperature steam drying technology and non-heat transfer drying technology were further elaborated,with a focus on the hollow blade type,steam rotary type,vacuum jet and other low-temperature steam drying technologies for coal slime the characteristics and application of the equipment,while introducing the research progress of non-heat transfer drying technology such as microwave drying and additive method.The advantages and disadvantages of various slime drying technologies were evaluated from the perspectives of processing capacity,energy consumption,investment,and pollutants.Generally speaking,the research stages of various coal slime drying technologies were different.Heat transfer drying technology had been applied industrially.High-temperature flue gas drying had a large amount of treatment and pollution,and low-temperature steam drying had a small amount and less pollution;non-heat transfer drying technology was still on a small scale in the exploration stage,further optimization and improvement were needed.Increasing processing capacity,reducing pollutant emissions,reducing energy consumption,and improving economic benefits were key issues that needed to be resolved in the industrial application of coal slime drying technology.
