摘要
随着神东优质矿井的减产,薄煤层增多,原煤煤质变化导致选煤厂生产在煤泥水处理方面的问题日渐凸显。为了全面系统地分析现有细煤泥脱水处理设备应用现状,基于加压过滤机和板框压滤机在神东洗选中心实际使用情况,提出了能力比值的分析方法,从入料性质、运行效率、工艺效果进行综合分析。研究结果表明:洗选中心煤泥脱水设备能力比值波动较大,板框压滤机实际处理能力约为设计能力的43.75%~75.00%;煤泥水浓度320~550 g/L时,煤泥水中小于0.045 mm细粒煤占比超过50%,灰分超过30%,是最难处理的部分,同时研究表明,对于细粒含量较高的煤泥,板框压滤机适应性优于加压过滤机。
With the reduction of high-quality mines in Shendong, the increase of thin coal seams, and the change of raw coal coal quality have led to the increasingly prominent problems in the treatment of coal slurry in coal preparation plants.In order to comprehensively and systematically analyze and demonstrate the application status of the existing fine slime dehydration treatment equipment, based on the actual use of pressure filters and plate and frame filter presses in Shendong Washing Center, the analysis method of the capacity ratio is proposed, and the analysis method is based on the input material.Comprehensive analysis of properties, operating efficiency and process effects.The results show that the capacity ratio of the coal slime dewatering equipment in the washing center fluctuates greatly, and the actual processing capacity of the plate and frame filter press is about 43.75% to 75.00% of the designed capacity.When the concentration of slime water is 320~550 g/L,the proportion of fine-grained coal less than 0.045 mm in the slime water exceeds 50%,and the ash content exceeds 30%,which makes many properties of the slime water change sharply, which brings great influence to the various operations of slime water treatment.It is extremely difficult and has become the most difficult part of coal slime water treatment.The adaptability of plate and frame filter press is better than that of pressure filter.
