摘要
目的:探讨PDCA管理在重点监控药物处方点评中的应用。方法:选取2016年9-12月1327张处方,作为对照组(管理前),2017年2-5月1688张处方,作为观察组(管理后),开展处方点评,利用excel软件进行数据统计,分析评价PDCA循环前后的各项用药指标情况。结果:开展PDCA管理后,某院重点监控药物不合理率显著下降,合理用药情况显著改善。结论:PDCA管理可有效提高重点监控药物的合理使用,促进医院合理用药,保证用药安全。
Objective:To explore the application of PDCA management in key monitoring drug prescription review.Methods:1327 prescriptions from September to December 2016 were selected as the control group(before management).1688 prescriptions from February to May 2017 were selected as the observation group(after management).The prescriptions were evaluated,and the data were collected by excel software to analyze and evaluate the drug use indexes before and after PDCA cycle.Results:After the implementation of PDCA management,the unconformity rate of key monitored drugs in a hospital decreased significantly.The situation of rational drug use has been significantly improved.Conclusion:PDCA management can effectively improve the rational use of key monitoring drugs,promote rational use of drugs in hospitals,and ensure drug safety.
