摘要
目的:探究阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林辅助治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月社区老年2型糖尿病患者84例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规降糖治疗;观察组在常规降糖基础上添加阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林治疗。比较两组相关血糖指标、血脂指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:对比治疗前及治疗后两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2 hPG)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均下降,观察组患者总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平下降,而对照组患者TC、LDL-C水平上升,且观察组低于对照组;两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较治疗前均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论:阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林辅助治疗社区老年2型糖尿病,能有效控制患者血糖和血脂水平,且具有良好的安全性。
Objective:To explore the effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in community.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,84 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine hypoglycemia.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin on the basis of routine hypoglycemia.The related blood glucose index,blood lipid index and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the levels of FBG,2 hppg and TG in the two groups decreased after treatment,the levels of TC and LDL-C decreased in the observation group,but the levels of TC and LDL-C in the control group increased,and the observation group was lower than the control group;The HDL-C level of the two groups increased before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin can effectively control the levels of blood glucose and blood lipids in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community,and has good security.
