职业人文素养教育在西北地区高职医学人才培养中的应用

摘要 人文素养是衡量人内在品质的重要指标,面对高职院校人才培养目标中突出“技术”和“技能”的办学要求和高职生逐年下降的生源质量,人文素养的缺失已成为不可回避的话题。针对西北地区学生存在着理想信念模糊、价值取向务实、社会责任感缺乏、法律意识淡薄、心理素质欠佳等问题,只有充分发挥好学校、教师、家庭和带教医生对学生人文素养的培育,才能更好的在西北地区培养出有技能、有医德、有修养、会做事的高职技能型人才。 Humanistic quality is an important index to measure peoples internal quality.However,the lack of humanistic quality has become an inevitable topic in the field of higher vocational college talents training which highlights the requirements of"technology"and"skill"and the quality of the students has been declining year by year.Aiming at the problems existing in northwestern students,such as:vague ideals and beliefs,pragmatic value orientation,lack of social responsibility,weak legal consciousness and poor psychological quality,it is possible to foster skilled talents with skills,medical ethics,culture and abilities in higher vocational colleges in northwestern region only by giving full play to the roles of schools,teachers,families and instructors in hospitals in cultivating students"humanities qualities.
