摘要
对四种常见储粮害虫在不同温度下随时间变化的死亡率进行研究分析,结果表明,45℃条件下对所有供试虫的杀灭效果都较差;在50℃条件下,在22 min时,供试虫校正死亡率达到100%;55℃时,8 min内供试虫全部死亡;60℃时,在4 min内供试虫校正死亡率100%;65℃时,2 min内供试虫全部死亡。以不同虫种进行分析,锈赤扁谷盗对高温最为敏感,谷蠹其次,锯谷盗和玉米象较耐高温。温度在55℃以上时,所有供试虫可在短时(8 min)内杀灭。
In this study,the mortality of four kinds of common stored grain pests in different temperatures over time was studied. The results showed that the killing effect of 45 ℃ on all tested insects was poor;at 50 ℃, the corrected mortality of tested insects was 100% at 22 minutes;At 55 ℃, all tested insects died within 8 minutes;And at 60℃, the corrected mortality of tested insects was 100% within 4 minutes;At 65 ℃ all tested insects died within 2 minutes. According to the analysis of different kinds of insects, it was found that the Cryptolestes ferrugineus was the most sensitive to high temperature followed by Rhyzopertha dominica, Oryzaephilus surina-mensis and Sitophitus zeamas. and the temperature should be controlled within 55℃ to kill all tested pest.
