摘要
文章系统评价了氮气气调对5种重要储粮害虫(玉米象、杂拟谷盗、锈赤扁谷盗、谷蠹和赤拟谷盗)的杀虫效果,比较了不同储粮害虫对于该极端环境耐受性的差异。结果表明,氮气气调对不同储粮害虫均有较好的防治效果。其中谷蠹的LT50为6.983d,耐受力最强;而玉米象的LT50为4.231d,耐受力最弱。此外,研究还发现不同磷化氢抗性品系的赤拟谷盗对于氮气气调的耐受力也有显著差异,并且呈现交互作用,即敏感品系JX(Rf=1.8)的LT50为6.464d,而高抗品系SZ(Rf=862.7)的LT50为14.862d。由于在不同储粮温度的环境下,均呈现出磷化氢抗性倍数越高,对氮气气调的耐受性越强的特性,因此,氮气气调对五种储粮害虫防治效果显著,并且与赤拟谷盗的磷化氢抗性有明显交互作用。
The present paper systematically evaluated the insecticidal effects of nitrogen atmosphere environment on five important stored grain pests(Sitophilus zeamais,Tribolium confusum,Cryptolestes ferrugineus,Rhizopertha dominica and Tribolium castaneum)and we also compared the tolerance of different stored grain pests to this extreme environment.These results suggested that the nitrogen atmosphere had better control effects on different grain storage pests.The LT50 of R.dominica was 6.983 d,which owned the strongest tolerance,while the LT50 of S.zeamais was 4.231 d,and the tolerability was the weakest.In addition,we also found that the resistance of different phosphine-resistant of T.castaneum to nitrogen atmosphere was also significantly different,and showed an interaction.Namely,the LT50 of the sensitive strain JX(Rf=1.8)was 6.464 d,while the LT50 of the highly resistant strain CD(Rf=395.4)was 14.457 d.This study showed that the higher phosphine resistance had the stronger tolerance to nitrogen atmosphere environment under different storage temperatures.Therefore,the nitrogen atmosphere environment has significant effects on the control of five stored grain pests,and has a significant interaction with the phosphine resistance of T.castaneum.
