摘要
介绍双层同步箱体零件的工艺设计,通过部分材料替换以及热处理等工艺加工,达到最大程度节约成本、有效保证零件精度和性能的目的,为类似零件的设计和加工提供参考。
This article introduces the process design of double-layer synchronous box parts. Through partial material replacement and heat treatment, it can achieve the purpose of maximum cost saving and effective guarantee of parts accuracy and performance, and provide reference for the design and processing of similar parts.
