摘要
高钾血症与低钾血症危象均可危及患儿生命。血钾严重异常多由细胞内外钾的分布以及肾脏排钾调节异常导致。血钾受胰岛素、儿茶酚胺、酸碱平衡及醛固酮等多因素调控。治疗策略包括预防并快速解决危及生命的并发症,纠正高钾或低钾血症,诊断并治疗潜在病因。
Both hyperkalemia and hypokalemia crisis are potentially life-threatening electrolyte disorder.The abnormality of potassium concentration in plasma is mainly caused by potassium cell shift and the abnormal renal potassium excretion.It is regulated by many factors such as insulin,catecholamine,acid-base balance and aldosterone.To prevent or treat life-threatening complications,correct hyperkalemia or hypokalemia,diagnose and treat potential causes are treatment strategies for severe abnormalities of blood potassium.
