摘要
结合温州瓯江北口大桥项目环境与项目特点,针对大型悬索桥散索鞍安装提出一套行之有效的施工工艺。其中,对于在无永久支撑斜面上安装散索鞍底板的情况,采用安装定位托架的方法辅助其安装施工。同时,对于散索鞍底座及鞍体的安装,采用门架起吊系统吊装,手拉葫芦、调整框架等机具辅助调整安装位置,提高安装精度。
Combined with the project environment and project characteristics of Wenzhou Oujiang Beikou bridge,this paper put forward a set of effective construction technology for the installation of splay saddle of large suspension bridge.For the installation of the base plate of the Splanchnic Saddle on the inclined plane without permanent support,the method of installing the positioning bracket was adopted to assist the installation construction.Meanwhile,for the installation of the base and saddle body of the Splanchnic Saddle,the gantry lifting system was used for hoisting,and the hand chain block,adjusting frame and other machines and tools were used to adjust the installation position and improve the installation accuracy.
