Lifting of the Large-tonnage Cable Saddle Scaffolding with Techniques of Swing Method with Built-up Gantry

摘要 以新建云桂铁路南盘江特大桥缆索吊索鞍台架安装为依托,研发了以型钢门架和贝雷梁组合结构进行高空重物安装的方法,贝雷梁与型钢门架间采用精轧螺纹钢进行锚固,不仅简化了以前整体型钢结构加设滑道相对比较复杂的结构,而且方便结构的安装和贝雷悬臂梁通用结构的倒用。 Based on the installation of cable saddle scaffolding of the cable lifting system in the Nanpanjiang Extra Large Bridge located in the railway from Yunnan to Guilin, a new swing method for aloft weight installation has been proposed. This composite structure combines Bailey beams and shape-steel gantry by finely-rolled threaded bars. Compared with the relatively complieated previous structure, the new way omits the slide added into a whole shape-steel structure, simplifies the installation procedure and the reversal of universal Bailey cantilever beams.
