摘要
目的探讨蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联药物在胃十二指肠溃疡治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的胃十二指肠溃疡患者70例,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,给予对照组(n=35)三联药物治疗,给予观察组(n=35)蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联药物治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后症状评分、溃疡愈合质量、临床疗效、Hp检查结果、溃疡复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者腹胀(0.86±0.08)分、嗳气(0.96±0.15)分、消化不良(1.19±0.22)分、反酸(1.31±0.08)分、腹痛(1.34±0.21)分、Hp再感染率2.86%,明显低于对照组(1.52±0.21)分、(1.53±0.22)分、(1.76±0.28)分、(1.82±0.09)分、(1.91±0.25)分、22.86%,差异具有统计学意义(t/χ^2=17.3753、12.6644、9.4700、25.0565、10.3283、17.8473,均P <0.05);溃疡愈合质量91.43%、Hp根除率97.14%明显高于对照组77.14%、74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=7.7085、21.3582,均P <0.05);两组患者溃疡复发率、不良反应发生率对比0、11.43%vs 2.86%、5.71%差异不明显,无统计学意义(χ^2=2.9015、2.087,均P> 0.05)。结论蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联药物在胃十二指肠溃疡治疗中的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of puyuanhewei capsule combined with three drugs in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods To choose the hospital(from January 2016 to January 2018)treated 70 cases of patients with gastric duodenal ulcer,according to the different treatment methods are divided into two groups.Control group(n=35)gives the triple drug therapy,observation group(n=35)give puyuanhewei capsule combined with triple drug therapy,compared two groups of patient's symptom scores before and after the treatment,the quality of ulcer healing,clinical curative effect,Hp test results,ulcer recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results In the observation group,abdominal distension(0.86±0.08),belching(0.96±0.15),dyspepsia(1.19±0.22),acid regurgitation(1.31±0.08),abdominal pain(1.34±0.21),and Hp reinfection rate(2.86%)were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(1.52±0.21),(1.53±0.22),(1.76±0.28),(1.82±0.09),(1.91±0.25),and 22.86%,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(t/χ^2=17.3753,12.6644,9.4700,25.0565,10.3283,17.8473,all P<0.05).The healing quality of ulcer 91.43%and Hp eradication rate 97.14%were signifi cantly higher than that of control group 77.14%and 74.29%,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(χ^2=7.7085,21.3582,all P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in the recurrence rate of ulcers and the in cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=2.9015,2.087,all P>0.05).Conclusion Puyuanhewei capsule combined with triple drug has remarkable clinical eff ect in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer.
