中枢神经系统髓鞘形成和再生调控机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病以神经髓鞘脱失为主要病理特征,以少突胶质细胞(OL)死亡为主要发病机制。髓鞘形成和再生涉及多种调节因子和信号通路。目前研究较多的调节因子包括脑源性神经营养因子、神经调节蛋白1、非受体酪氨酸激酶Fyn、富含亮氨酸重复序列和包含Nogo受体相互作用蛋白1的Ig结构域(LINGO-1)及其相应的信号通路。本文综述了调控OL分化和髓鞘形成及再生的重要调节因子及其相应信号通路的研究进展,为研发治疗脱髓鞘疾病的药物提供参考。 Demyelination is the major pathological change of demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system,in which oligodendrocyte death is the main pathogenesis.Myelin formation and regeneration involve a variety of regulatory factors and signal pathways.So far,many regulatory factors have been studied,including the brain-derived neurotrophic factor,neuregulin-1,tyrosine kinase Fyn,leucinerich repeat and Ig domain containing Nogo receptor interacting protein-1(LINGO-1)and their corresponding signal pathways.This article reviews the research progress in the important regulatory factors and their corresponding signal pathways regulating oligodendrocyte differentiation,myelination and myelin regeneration so as to provide reference for the development of drugs against demyelinating diseases.
