摘要 随着智能制造的快速发展,中国丝绸的传统手工织造技艺逐渐被机械织造所代替,传统织造技艺的传承面临着较大的困境。文章以宋锦传统手工织造技艺的保护与传承为研究对象,通过3D技术对传统宋锦木织机进行数字化模型构建和手工织造技艺操作的动态复原。利用SketchUp技术平台精确成组建模、3DMAX技术构建三维动画演示及人机交互功能来解析传统宋锦织造技艺,让观众更简单、生动地去理解织造过程,把博物馆里置之高阁的高难度丝绸织造技艺理论得以普及,让传统丝绸织造技艺在新的科技社会中得到传承发展。 With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,the traditional hand-made silk weaving technology in China has been gradually replaced by mechanical weaving.The inheritance of traditional weaving technology is facing a great dilemma.This paper takes the protection and inheritance of the traditional hand weaving techniques of Song brocade as the research object.Through 3D technology,the digital model of the traditional Song brocade wood loom was constructed and the dynamic recovery of the hand weaving techniques was carried out.The SketchUp technology platform was used for accurate group modeling,and 3dmax technology was adopted to build 3D animation demonstration.Besides,human-computer interaction function was to analyze the traditional Song brocade weaving technology.In this way,the audience could understand the weaving process more simply and vividly,spread the high-difficulty silk weaving technology in the museum to the general audience to meet their the curiosity,and let the traditional silk weaving technology get inheritance and development in the new technology society.
