摘要
第四次技术革命正在发生,产业和劳动力的战略“双”转型成为新形势下的迫切需要,这对我国高素质技能型人才的培养模式提出了更高的要求,深化产教融合办学模式,从国务院到教育部已经推动多年,各职业院校也在尝试推行,然而,大多数院校的产教融合、校企合作基本都是流于表面的面子工程,真正能落到实处的少之又少,如何实现大文娱产业链与高职教育链的对接,深化产教融合,实现职业教育升级,是该文的主要研究方向.
The fourth technological revolution is taking place,and it is urgent to realize the strategic“double”transformation of industry and labor force under the new situation,which puts forward a higher requirement for the cultivation model of high-quality skilled talents in China.“Deepening theschool-running model of industry-education integration”has been promoted for years from the State Council to the Ministry of Education,and the vocational colleges have also made efforts to carry out the reform,however,the industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in most colleges are basically vanity proiecs,and few of them can be put into practice.It is the main research direction on how to realize the abutting joint of great entertainment industry chain with higher vocational education chain,deepen the industry-education integration,and realize the vocational education upgrade.
