摘要
为筛选出适宜在山西省运城市示范种植的早熟棉材料,依据2015年、2016年和2018年在山西省农业科学院棉花研究所进行的黄河流域棉区早熟组区域试验结果,对20份早熟棉材料进行了产量比较,筛选出各年度试验中产量较高的材料,并对其植株农艺性状、产量性状和纤维品质进行分析。结果表明:2015年各参试材料产量差异均不显著,其中邯郸818最高、石早2号最低;2016年CRIZI40203产量最高,与中棉所50号除外的其他品种差异均达到了显著水平;2018年中棉所1602产量最高,且与其他品种差异均达到了显著水平。选择邯郸818最高、石早2号、CRIZI40203和中棉所1602进行指标分析,结果显示,4份高产材料的各农艺性状指标平均值分别为生育期100d、株高53.9cm、第1果枝节位4.9节、果枝数9.2台/株、单株成铃7.9个/株、铃重5.0 g、子指10.7 g;纤维品质中,纤维长度、断裂比强度和整齐度均达到了品种审定要求;皮棉总产量为1 191.90~1 689.45 kg/hm^2,差异较大,与不同年份的种植密度和衣分不同有关。依据分析结果,可以明确育种方向,加快适宜运城市种植的早熟棉材料的种质创新及选育。
To screen the early maturing cotton materials suitable for planting in Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province,according to the results of regional tests of early maturing cotton group of the Yellow River basin cotton areas in Cotton Research Institute of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2015,2016 and 2018,the yield of 20 materials was comprised to select the ones with high yield,and then analyze their a gronomic traits,yield traits and fiber quality.The results showed that the yield of tested materials had no sig nificant difference in 2015,the yield of Handan 818 was the highest,and that of Shizao No.2 was the low est.The yield of CRIZI40203 was the highest in 2016,which had significant difference with other varieties except for Zhongmiansuo No.50.The yield of Zhongmiansuo 1602 was the highest in 2018,which was signifi cantly higher than other materials.Handan 818,Shizao No.2,CRIZI40203 and Zhongmiansuo 1602 were select ed for further analysis.The average values of agronomic traits of these four materials were as follow:100 days of growth period,53.9 cm of plant height,4.9 nodes of the first branch position,9.2 sets of fruit branches per plant,7.9 bolls per plant,5.0 g of boll weight and 10.7 g of seed index.Among the fiber quality,the fiber length,fracture strength and uniformity of the four materials all met the requirements of the variety cer tification.The total lint yield was 1191.90-1689.45 kg/hm^2,and the differences were great,which was relat ed to the different planting density and lint percent in different years.According to the analysis results,the breeding direction could be clarified,and the germplasm innovation and breeding of early maturing cotton ma terials suitable for planting in Yuncheng should be accelerated.
