摘要
为研究水库群发电与生态间的竞争关系,以雅砻江流域为例,建立了以水库群发电量最大、适宜生态缺溢流量平方和最小为目标的调度模型,采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解该模型,并引入置换率定量分析多目标间的竞争关系。结果表明,在不同来水条件下,枯水年的竞争关系最剧烈,发电方案流量过程相对适宜生态流量过程的偏差程度最高,丰水年和平水年偏差程度较小,竞争关系较弱;当置换率在数值和增长趋势上类似时,单位发电效益可置换的生态效益近乎等量;将发电量与适宜生态缺溢流量平方和量化成经济效益,根据正负效益之和,水库可合理调整运行方式。
In order to study the competition relationship between power generation and ecology,taking Yalong River Basin as an example,a scheduling model was established aiming at the maximum power generation of reservoir groups and the minimum of appropriate ecological flow deviation square.NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm was used to solve the model.The replacement ratio was introduced to quantitatively analyze the competition relationship.The results show that under different inflow conditions,the competition relationship in dry year is the most severe.The flow process of power generation scheme has the highest deviation from that of ecological flow process.The deviation is lower in wet year and normal year,and the competition relationship is weaker too.When the replacement ratio is similar in numerical value and growth trend,the ecological benefit which can be replaced by per unit power generation benefit is almost equal.The power generation and appropriate ecological flow deviation square can be quantified into economic benefit.According to the sum of positive and negative economic benefit,the reservoir can adjust the operation mode reasonably.
