摘要
某小型金属切管机锯切运动采用液压控制的进给方式,进给运动的过程受到油温的影响,降低了运动精度与锯片使用寿命。通过整机结构设计优化,改变了切削角度,进给运动平稳,有效地防止了锯片切割管件时出现崩齿的现象,增加了锯片的使用寿命,提高了切管机的工作效率,减少了停机时间,节约了成本。
Hydraulic control is used for the feeding method of a small metal pipe cutting machine.The process of feed movement is affected by the oil temperature,which reduces the accuracy of the movement and the service life of the saw blade.Through the optimization of the structure design of the whole machine,the cutting angle is changed,and the feed movement is stable,which effectively prevents the sawtooth failure when the saw blade cuts the pipe,increases the service life of the saw blade,improves the working efficiency of the pipe cutting machine,and reduces downtime and cost.
