摘要
自动切管是托辊生产线管线加工的第1道工序,直接关系到整个托辊生产线的加工效率和加工精度。基于840D系统设计和开发了切管机控制系统,实现了托辊管的自动上料、定长送料、无屑切管、料品筛选以及自动入库等功能。通过采用伺服定位技术以及NC+PLC软件编程方法,使得切管机适应了不同尺寸规格的托辊管的定产加工。为了简化加工程序的编制,减少误操作,应用EasyMask软件设计开发了840D操作界面,实现了参数化编程,极大地方便了用户的使用。
Pipe cutting is the first process of carrier roller production line. It directly influences the efficiency and the precision of the carrier roller production line. The pipe cutting machine control system is developed based on 840D, realizing several functions, such as automatic feeding, fixed length feeding, chipless cutting, material sieving and automatic entering warehouse, etc. The pipe cutting machine can process several kinds of carrier rollers by using the servo positioning and NC + PLC programming. In order to simplify the preparation of processing procedures to reduce misuse, the operation interface of 840D is developed using EasyMask software. Parameterized programming is realized, bringing greatly convenient use for users.
